With years of experience in the trades, we made the decision to start our own business after seeing firsthand the shortcomings of larger corporate companies. We were frustrated with excessive markups and aggressive sales tactics, such as those pushed by programs like NexStar, which often prioritized sales over skilled tradesmanship. Unlike many companies that hire salespeople instead of licensed professionals, we take pride in providing expert, hands-on service. When a project requires a specific license or permit, RSB has a network of trusted subcontractors to ensure every job is completed to the highest standards.
